Welcome to Smart Education. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, attending classes, or using any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our services immediately.
Students must complete the registration process before attending classes.
All tuition fees must be paid on time according to the payment schedule provided by Smart Education.
Registration fees, material fees, management fees, and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable.
Monthly tuition fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by management.
Late payments may result in temporary suspension of classes or access to learning materials.
Smart Education reserves the right to revise course fees, packages, or pricing at any time with prior notice.
Students are responsible for ensuring that payment receipts and transaction records are kept safely.
Failure to attend classes does not exempt students from payment obligations.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
If Smart Education arranges a class session and the student fails to attend without prior notice, the class will still be counted as completed and the fees for that session will be charged.
Missed classes by students are generally non-replaceable unless approved by management.
For private or 1-on-1 classes, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class.
Repeated absenteeism may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
Smart Education reserves the right to change tutors, schedules, class timing, or class platforms when necessary.
Online students must ensure stable internet connection, proper devices, and a suitable learning environment during classes.
Class recordings, if provided, are for educational purposes only and must not be distributed publicly.
Students must behave respectfully toward tutors, staff, and fellow students.
Bullying, harassment, abusive language, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Students must not record, distribute, or misuse class content without written permission.
Any damage caused to physical or digital resources may result in penalties or termination.
Smart Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate students who violate these policies.
All study materials, worksheets, videos, recordings, and educational content provided by Smart Education remain the intellectual property of Smart Education.
Students may use materials only for personal educational purposes.
Unauthorized sharing, copying, reselling, or redistribution of materials is strictly prohibited.
Material fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Smart Education respects and protects the privacy of all students and parents.
Personal information collected during registration will only be used for educational, administrative, communication, and payment purposes.
We may contact students or parents regarding class schedules, updates, invoices, promotions, or important announcements.
Smart Education will not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
By enrolling, you consent to the collection and processing of data in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.
All website content, branding, logos, course materials, videos, graphics, designs, and educational systems belong to Smart Education and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, modified, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from Smart Education.
Smart Education shall not be held responsible for:
Internet interruptions during online classes.
Personal device issues faced by students.
Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Academic performance outcomes, as results may vary based on student effort and participation.
Smart Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to classes or services without refund if:
Students violate these Terms & Conditions.
Payments remain overdue.
Students engage in misconduct or abusive behavior.
Students misuse educational materials or systems.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from the use of Smart Education services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Smart Education reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
